CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Respair Clinic believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before minimum of 2 days ahead of the order placed, i.e., therapy appointment date.
• In case of any Refunds approved by Dr. Vaisnvy Kapur at Respair Clinic, it may take 6-8 business days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
