CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Respair Clinic believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests require at least one complete business day’s advance notice, meaning they must be made by close of business on the working day before the one immediately preceding your session.
  Quick rule of thumb: Count back two full business days from your appointment date and make sure we hear from you before the end of that earlier day. 
• In case of any Refunds approved by Dr. Vaisnvy Kapur at Respair Clinic, it may take 1-7 business days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
